Terms & Conditions

A valid credit or debit card is required to hold and book all reservations. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted as forms of payment. All online reservations will be confirmed via email.

Mr. Chauffeur requires at least 48 hours in advance for all cancellations in order to prevent any charges. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up, the full amount of the agreed service price will be charged to the authorized credit or debit card.

No charges will be made as a result of cancelled or delayed flights due to airline technicalities; however, Mr. Chauffeur asks that all guests contact 970-401-0821 as soon as possible to communicate such cancellations or delays of flights.

A “no call”, “no show” will result in the full amount of the agreed service price to be charged to the authorized card. “no call”, “no show” will be considered so when there is no contact from the guest 45 minutes after their flight has landed.

For the Eagle County Jet Center arrivals: we will wait up to 15 minutes for free, any additional wait time will be charged at a rate of $160/hour.

For Airport Pickups, the first 45 minutes of wait time are free ,a prorated hourly rate will apply.

For Private Residence/Hotel Pickups, the first 15 minutes of wait time for free, a prorated hourly rate will apply.

If a round trip reservation is booked online or via phone and confirmed, once the first half of the trip is completed, we will not offer refunds for the second half, or return trip. The 48 hour cancellation policy still holds true for this reservation before the first half is completed.

Child safety seats are available by request. Please indicate your needs for child seats, plus the sizes and ages of all children at the time of reservation.

Mr. Chauffeur is not responsible for acts of mother nature, including but not limited to: snowstorms, icy roads, hail, rock slides  or rain. Mr. Chauffeur is not responsible for any traffic or road conditions. Regarding the disclaimers above, Mr. Chauffeur guarantees the safest of driving and the timeliest of arrivals possible.

In the event of damage to the vehicle, other vehicles, or vomit sickness, Mr. Chauffeur reserves the right to charge the amount of repairs or cleaning in the full amount to the guest.

Custom rides with alternate pickup and drop-off locations are available upon request. Please contact Mr. Chauffeur by email or phone to schedule a custom ride.

All reservations are subject to availability.

The specific vehicle used for each transfer will be subject to availability.

Hourly rates apply for additional pickups, stops, and wait time: $160/hour per vehicle.

A standard 20% chauffeur’s gratuity will automatically be added to all fares.

An early morning fee of 10% of the total fare cost will be added to all rides between the hours of 10:30PM and 6AM.

Rates are valid for online and phone reservations only. Booking fees may apply if secured through a third party.

For all guests traveling via private jet through Eagle Airport (EGE), a $50 gate entrance fee will be added.

Rides will not be guaranteed without credit card authorization. The terms and conditions stated in this Privacy Policy are legally binding for all users. Any use of this site indicates your consent to our use of information as indicated by this Privacy Policy and your agreement with the terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use this site or participate in the features, activities and services that require you to provide your personal information.

This site does not provide services or sell products to children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Credit card information:
Mr. Chauffeur will only store the following personal identifiable information of users who submit a contract form with www.mrchauffeurcolorado.com, physical address and billing address, phone number and e-mail address. No other personal identifiable information will be stored or shared with any third party.

We treat all information you give to us as strictly confidential. We will never give our clients information to anyone without the client’s written consent. Mr. Chauffeur takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction on potentially personal information.

Feedback or testimonials:
Any testimonials or feedback that you provide to us will be utilized to improve the services we provide on the www.mrchauffeurcolorado.com website. In addition, we may use testimonials in our marketing materials without including any personal information.

Refunds:
All sales with Mr. Chauffeur are final. We do not offer monetary refunds of any kind.
